Our first session was to meet (no charge) and discuss my goals and any of my medical issues. She prepared a program that challenged me without creating any pain or danger. Tina is my lifesaver. Tina was our company trainer for many years, coming twice a week to get us away from our desks and into an hour of workout that improved our bodies and minds. When I retired at 65, I decided that I had to keep Tina so now she comes over to my home twice a week. We talk, we laugh and we exercise to keep me feeling young and healthy.
