Each program consists of cardiovascular, strength, mobility, balance, agility, and flexibility components and is designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual. Whether its weight loss, gaining strength, reducing body fat, increasing mobility, or just wanting to move better and feel better, Roots Fitness can help.
